The Barn seats 125 – 150 guests comfortably. Additional seating can be placed on the attached deck and rental tents are also permitted.
Depending on size, ceremonies can be held on the grass facing the pond or inside the barn.

Yes, you can use a vendor of your choice. They must be licensed and insured.
Set up is from 4-8pm on Friday. We can be flexible if needed.
Unfortunately we cannot control the weather. The indoor spaces for use include the Barn and the Carriage House. You can rent a tent for additional covered space.
There is plenty of space on the property to park 90-100 vehicles.
No smoking is permitted inside or within 15 feet of any structure on the property.
Only battery-operated candles can be used. No open flames of any kind are permitted to be used on the property.
Yes, there are restroom facilities on site.
The barn is not climate controlled but has several ceiling fans to keep it cool. Stand up propane heaters available upon request.
